My second day of this series was even less conducive to writing than yesterday. I’m too tired to get into the particulars, but it involves Yeeyum and Cupcake having their pictures made. Their grandmother loves to have their pictures taken. Her house is basically a shrine to her grandchildren.
After making dinner, bathing the baby, and putting him down for the night, I decided to give myself five quiet minutes on the couch. I hadn’t written my scene yet and I didn’t know what to write. I had prayed this morning about what to write, even though I was unable to write anything all day. I closed my eyes and thought about it.
Let’s see if I have a quieter day tomorrow and am able to write and share earlier in the day.
